The SMAC Lab at LSU has access to the state of the art social media analytics software, Sprinklr.
Sprinklr allows students, faculty and researchers to track Twitter for public opinion and consumer research. Staff and students use various Sprinklr to collect data surrounding the demographics, locations, and sentiment of Twitter users related to specific topics or accounts.
